| Frawley sinks Ramblers, as Hill takes over Dave Hill takes over, what everyone hopes will be a new era for Ramblers, today. Hill has a reputation for being a very strong defensive/midfielder, but this will be his first job as a manager. Liam McMahon, however finishes on a rather sad note after going behind twice in this game to lose 2-1. Stephen Mullen got the opener in the first minute, before Donal Golden popped up just before the break to equalise. 30 minutes from time however, Conor Frawley scored to give Athlone a deserved win. |
